Guess who is now a homeowner?

Life moves so fast. It hasn't even been a year since I met Clyde, got married, and now we are signing on to be house poor together.

Bad news bears. We did not win the bid. So I guess this means the house hunt begins again. I sort of wish we could stop looking for awhile, but the mister is so eager to get a place. And I do like to pretend I'm a good wife.

The mister and I had a plan. We were going to live in Seattle for a year and save money for our eventual move to New York where we'd live happily ever after.

But things change. Last night, we put an offer in for a townhome in Ballard. So I guess New York will not be happening anytime soon. This was not the plan.

We're hoping we hear back from the seller today. And so the waiting begins.
